We provide a 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Money-Back Guarantee on all first-time Pro and Agency subscription purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with the service within the first 7 days of subscribing, simply contact our support team to receive a full refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard or by emailing support@springstackai.com. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further renewal charges will occur.
Approved refunds are processed immediately and credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking) within 5-7 business days as per banking and payment gateway (Razorpay / Stripe) standards.
