Users access SpringStack AI via their phone number or dashboard. Subscriptions (Pro, Agency) and credit packs are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected during purchase. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
You agree not to use SpringStack AI for generating fraudulent, harmful, defamatory, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our usage guidelines or third-party platform policies (Meta, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
All websites, graphics, posters, and marketing copy generated for your business using SpringStack AI belong entirely to you. You retain 100% commercial ownership of your generated assets.
All payments are securely processed via certified payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe). Prices are displayed transparently in USD ($) or INR (₹) before checkout. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
