User Data Deletion Instructions

SpringStack AI respects your data privacy rights. According to Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Platform Rules and GDPR/CCPA regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and account information at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you have connected your Facebook Page or Instagram account to SpringStack AI, you can remove your activities and request data deletion through either of the following methods:

Option 1: Automated Deletion via Facebook Business Integrations (Instant)

1. Log into your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. In the left menu, click Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
3. Find SpringstackAIme (or SpringStack AI) in the list of connected apps.
4. Click Remove and confirm the removal.
5. Facebook will immediately trigger our automated Data Deletion Callback endpoint (https://api.springstackai.com/api/data-deletion), which will permanently delete all stored OAuth access tokens, Page IDs, and cached profile data from our databases.

Option 2: Direct Request via Email or WhatsApp

You may also request complete manual data deletion by contacting our privacy compliance team:

• Email: support@springstackai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your registered business name or phone number.
• WhatsApp Support: Send a message saying "DELETE MY DATA" to our official WhatsApp assistant at +91 82629 22068.

Upon receipt of your request, our team will permanently erase all your account records, generated media assets, and API credentials within 48 business hours and provide confirmation.
