1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Phone number (via WhatsApp), business name, owner name, email address, and billing details.
• Business Context & Brand Kits: Logos, brand colors, product catalogs, service menus, pricing, and operating hours.
• Social Media Credentials (OAuth): When you connect your Instagram Professional Account or Facebook Page, we obtain OAuth access tokens and Page IDs. We never view or store your passwords.
• Media & Communications: Photos, video clips, and captions sent to our system for processing into marketing materials.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate branded commercial marketing graphics, video reels, and website storefronts.
• To schedule and auto-publish confirmed posts to your connected Instagram and Facebook accounts via official Meta APIs.
• To automate customer service and sales conversations via our WhatsApp AI assistant.
• To manage subscriptions and process billing via authorized payment gateways.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Data Sharing

We only share data with vetted infrastructure partners essential for delivering our services:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram): For official Graph API and WhatsApp Cloud API communications.
• AI Providers: Google Gemini API and OpenAI API for processing multimedia prompts and text generation. No user data is used to train public models.
• Payment Processors: Razorpay / Stripe for PCI-DSS compliant payment processing.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your business data as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by:

• Removing the SpringStack AI app from your Facebook Business Integrations settings (triggers our automated Data Deletion Callback).
• Visiting our Data Deletion Instructions Page.
• Emailing us directly at support@springstackai.com with subject "Data Deletion Request".
